Spending much of her childhood being raised by her grandmother while her parents worked to support the family, Annette saw first hand the challenges of growing older. She started her long career of helping others at age 14 by working in nursing facilities and then moved on to working in the mental health and social work fields for 40 plus years. She soon learned that most people were not living the life that they had hoped and dreamed of but one of worry and despair.
Determined that she would not enter her senior years living in this state, Annette spent several years learning the science behind limiting beliefs and mindsets and how by taking minor shifts in these, it could lead to a life of joy and contentment. She knew by learning these skills and mindsets herself, she could also share them with others so they, too, could live out their retirement years in joy and contentment.
Now combining this background with the proven Brave Thinking® technology, Annette is helping clients achieve much desired results in accelerated time – helping them transform their lives and close the gap between the life they were living and a retirement life they absolutely LOVE living.
